Service Details

The contract covers scheduled preventive visits inspecting rack condition, power feeds and temperatures, reviewing switch error logs, checking recorder drive health before failure, and cleaning and re-aiming cameras. Beyond preventive visits it includes fault support with a contractually defined response time, priority dispatch, and a monthly report on system health flagging items needing replacement before they become sudden failures.
