Compound Video Intercom & Access Control

IP-based video intercom for a residential compound of 96 units across 12 buildings. An IP system was selected over traditional wiring because it runs on the same network cabling and lets residents answer visitors from a mobile app even when away from the compound. Each building has an entrance panel with a 2 MP camera and electronic directory, and each unit has a 7" touchscreen indoor monitor. At the main gate, access control was implemented with cards for residents and temporary registration for visitors, plus licence plate cameras at both entry and exit gates.
