UPS Support

We also support UPS (uninterruptible power supply) specially APC Products:

As our first aim is to support our customer and keeping his system up and running all the time and as we have the complete knowledge in the UPS system so our support is in:

• New installation: for the New units from the site preparation of the UPS (as each series have a special site preparation according to the load it will support) to the support after the installation.
• Installing External Batteries: as this option is available in the most UPS in the market that enable the customer to increase Run time of the unit and support the UPS to supply the load for much period of time.
• Installing the software of the UPS as it can manage itself and give reporting by each event and also it can manage one or many servers.
• We also support the UPS (In and Out of Warranty) in its internal problems which may be in the Batteries or Motherboard failure.
